Wiring Instructions  Give this form to your local title company to ensure a smooth 1031 like-kind exchange. The title company will need these wiring instructions so that Unlimited Exchange can properly hold your funds as a Qualified Intermediary.

Closing Instructions  This form provides you and your title company with useful information about your 1031 like-kind exchange. This will provide you with step-bystep instructions about properly closing a transaction that is part of a 1031 like-kind exchange.

W-9  This IRS form 1031 will need to be completed to be sent to the Internal Revenue Service to properly document your 1031 like-kind exchange.
